CT100是一款緊湊靈活的小型桌面設備，具有佔用面積小、測量精度高的特點。設備主體結構包括光學感測系統以及XY運動定位平臺，光學感測系統採用共聚焦測量原理，充分結合高測量速度與高測量精度的優勢。<br>測量分析的工業軟體ScanSuite屬於cyberTECHNOLOGIES完全獨立自主研發，可以實現複雜的表面拓撲形貌分析並實現全自動化測量功能。
