It is used to pass through SMT reflow ovens or wave soldering machines to measure the actual temperature changes of the PCB across measurement zones, generating a thermal profile for process optimization and quality control.

How many measurement channels does it support?

Depending on the model (PRO-1000/600), it supports 4, 6, or 8 thermocouple channels, allowing simultaneous temperature measurement at multiple critical points on the PCB.

What analysis features does the software provide?

The software provides complete thermal profile analysis, peak temperature hold, slope calculation, PWI (Process Window Index) analysis, and process parameter optimization recommendations.

E.g., Analysis of preheat and molten solder temperature of SMT reflow oven and wave solder oven, and curing, firing, sintering, brazing of epoxy resin-based substrates.
Providing 4-, 6- or 8-point temperature measurement ranging -100–+1350 with 1C tolerance and showing the real-time measurement that can be read directly from connected computer.
Analysis software reads the molten solder time, maximum temperature and time, slope analysis and fabrication profile based on set criteria. All kinds of SMD flow process can be easily achieved.
