What is the difference between PTF Furnace and Drying Furnace?

A Drying Furnace is mainly for solvent evaporation, while a PTF Furnace focuses on the "Curing" process of Polymer Thick Film. It uses heat to initiate cross-linking in the resin matrix to establish stable electrical properties (conductivity, adhesion). PTF furnaces typically require more precise temperature profile control.

What substrate materials is this equipment suitable for?

Due to its low-temperature firing capability (Max 200°C), it is especially suitable for heat-sensitive flexible substrates such as PET Film, PI (Polyimide), FPC, Membrane Switches, and standard FR4 PCBs.

Will the conveyor belt stop during a power outage?

No. This equipment is equipped with a UPS system. In the event of a power outage, the UPS will continue to power the mesh belt drive to ensure products inside the furnace are safely conveyed out, preventing overheating damage.
