What adhesive type is Lasertek Cover Tape?

Our Cover Tapes are primarily "Heat Activated", such as the J2224 and ER100 series. Compared to pressure-sensitive types, heat-activated tapes offer more stable peel force and weather resistance, suitable for high-reliability packaging.

Does the Cover Tape have anti-static properties?

Yes. Lasertek Cover Tapes (e.g., ER100) undergo special anti-static treatment, with surface resistance controlled between 10^5 ~ 10^11 ohms, effectively preventing ESD and component sticking issues.
