ESG-ESG Committee

To fulfill corporate social responsibility and promote sustainable development, Lasertek has established the 'Sustainable Development Practice Principles' in accordance with the competent authority's guidelines. In response to increasing stakeholder attention to corporate sustainability and market trends, Lasertek demonstrates its commitment to sustainability by establishing the Sustainable Development Committee through a board resolution and formulating organizational regulations for compliance. These regulations were revised and approved by the Board of Directors in 2024 to comply with legal requirements.

Currently, the remuneration of Lasertek's senior management is not yet linked to ESG-related performance evaluations. The company will continue to monitor and assess relevant measures, aiming to integrate performance evaluations with ESG in the future. As of 2024, the Sustainable Development Committee has convened two meetings and reported ESG-related execution results to the Board of Directors twice.
